According to a new study by the University of Oxford, your job may be impacted by automation. In fact, the study shows that 47% of U.S. jobs are likely to be impacted! The opportunity to continue education, do volunteer work, get local discounts or even participate in a forum to share personal interests is a powerful draw. It helps your companys community and creates a broader sense of whos sitting around you, or in other departments, rather than just a half-remembered name and a face.
